Our company operates on a 17,000 m² area, with 12,000 m² covered and 5,000 m² open space. ROMSAN continues its path with increasing momentum to be the sole representative in the sector to enhance international competitiveness.

Our company aims to create the necessary awareness and culture of occupational health and safety during production and service activities, implement corrective and preventive actions against work accidents and occupational diseases, comply with the principles of occupational health and safety law and related regulations, and establish an effective "OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM" to ensure the continuity of OHS activities and apply them at every stage of workflow. The company takes all necessary occupational health and safety measures and aims for "zero work accidents and occupational diseases". Regular trainings are provided to employees to instill and maintain safety and health awareness and culture, and the performance of the OHS management system is continuously improved. Our company aims to contribute to "SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT" during the process of carrying out production and service activities and to comply with relevant environmental laws and regulations and published requirements, minimize pollution caused by these activities, and take preventive measures. By using our natural resources consciously and reducing risks due to environmental impacts, we aim to achieve "zero environmental accidents". We control waste through an effective "WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM", reduce the negative effects of waste, take advantage of recycling opportunities, continuously improve our environmental performance, and our environmental policy is to continuously enhance employees' environmental awareness through training.
